I had 5 Lords locked up and a good crew of 60 warriors! Then 450 Swabi turned up (something about burned villages, I pretended not to know anything, after wiping the soot off my nose) First attack I killed 200 for my 40 but the 20 guys left just could not hold the new attack and once they were in I had a spam attack as 5 guys crowded in and kicked the poo out of me. I can now have up to 62 in my company and just discovered after winning my first castle (Vaegirs) that if you Garrison the castle your can repopulate your ranks, and so have a larger number of men under arms. I have reached about level 18 and have 10 or so regular Heros (who bitch alot) 1 or 2 come and go but most stay.
